HISSY FIT
Branding identity for HissyFit club (2023 - Current)
Hissy Fit is a club night run by myself and three close friends as a response to the seriousness of the club scene in Berlin.
The logo was inspired by the late ‘90s and early ‘00s new-disco movement, the figure being re-contextualised from the Dance Dance Revolution games we all grew up on.
My aim for each edition is to reflect our collective’s ethos of being fun, playful and kitsch-y at its core. We encourage attendees to dress up for every event, and each night has a distinct theme, the last few being cowboy, valentines and wig themed.
The evolution regarding the art direction showcases my photography and post-production VFX at the centre point of the posters and overall visual identity.
